La Perla Del Mar is an immaculate, private south facing villa in a quiet residential area. The villa consists of two seperate apartments, each able to comfortably accomodate 6 people.
The villa is detached and stands in its own secluded gardens filled with fragrant and colourful tropical plants. It has a private drive with ample secure parking and is equipped with fans for your comfort and a safe for your valuables.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, one contains a double bed and two rooms have twin divan beds. Every room has a fitted wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and chest of drawers. The bedrooms and the the lounge lead onto a large balcony, running the full length of the villa. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs overlooking the pool and is refreshingly cool during the hot summer months. It has the benefit of views of the mountains, the Penon and the sea.
There is a modern fully-tiled shower room with toilet and wash basin and also, a separate toilet and wash basin.

The bright and airy lounge and dining room has two large leather settees, a coffee table and dining area with full size dining table. There is a TV and video, with a collection of films and a stereo for your CD's and tapes. The newly equiped and tiled kitchen has a full oven, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The newly built downstairs apartment was completed in November 2006. This apartment consists of 2 double ensuite bedrooms, each with a larger than average sized shower. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes.There is a beautiful, spacious kitchen with granite worktops, a full size oven and hob. There is also a large fridge and microwave. This section of the villa also accomodates a maximum of 6 people.

The bright and spacious lounge contains two leather settees, one being a large comfortable sofabed. There is also a dining table and chairs and, similar to upstairs, the apartment is well fitted with all the essentials for a relaxing holiday: a television with DVD player and stereo. The patio doors lead directly out to the pool area.

The beautiful private pool has roman steps, providing safe and easy access for children. A sunny terrace surrounds it, complete with sun loungers and a table and chairs for your comfort. There is also an enclosed outside shower. There is ample atmospheric lighting around the terrace and pool to enable you to sit and enjoy the hot summer evenings or even indulge in a midnight swim. There is also a large barbecue area for al fresco dining on those warm evenings.

Some suggestions for safety
- Please do not allow young children to swim in the pool unattended, nor should they be allowed to run along the pool coping. It is abrasive and they could be hurt if they slip or fall.
- Please ask youngsters (as with adults) to use the poolside shower before and after a swim. This removes sun cream and oils to keep the filtration system in good order for your benefit.
Important Parents are reminded that they have responsibility for their children and the enjoyment or use of any of the facilities at our villa is conditioned by the suitability and the age of the children, which can only be determined by the parents at the time of their visit. Therefore, the owners of the villa cannot be held responsible for any accidents or mishaps, which might occur as a result of the use or mis-use of the facilities, equipment or property generally.
